Michigan Legislature updates its auto insurance standards
By Ryan FieldsDecember 10th, 2010Posted in: Auto Insurance, Insurance Senators in Michigan passed a bill last week that would alter requirements for teenage drivers going forward.Under the bill, teenage drivers would face stricter limitations on how late they will be able to drive and the situations in which they would be allowed to carry non-family passengers.The provisions include reducing the driving curfew from midnight to 10 p.m. and restricting non-family passengers from being driven anywhere but to or from school or school-sanctioned activities.
